Sanjay Kumar is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since October 15, 2025. He has an overall experience of over 21 years in the aviation industry. He has passed the bachelor’s of science examination and the master’s in economics examination from Meerut University, Uttar Pradesh. He has also pursued a post-graduate course in business administration from Institute of Productivity and Management, Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Royal Airways Limited where he worked on the start-up project of SpiceJet, Spice Jet as the vice-president – marketing and planning, InterGlobe Aviation Limited in various roles such as chief commercial officer and chief strategy and revenue officer, AirAsia (India) Limited as a chief operating officer and with Saudia Group as an advisor to director general
